The one question on everyone's mind right now is what to do about Adam Dunn. And his number. The Big Donkey wore #44 for nine years in Cincinnati. (Thank God for spell check, btw. Why the hell can I never spell Cincinnati right? I always wanna throw in a few extra "t"s. Cincinatti kinda looks right. Right?) After he was traded to the Arizona Diamondbacks last year, Adam wore #32 because two year starter Micah Owings was wearing #44.
Now...I'm not one to judge, or jump to conclusions...but, if Adam can't get Micah, shown below, to give up his number...
Imagine what Blastings will say when Adam approaches him for #44...
On the other hand, I am friends with a friend of a friend of Lasting's cousin, and I heard he does have a price, and the number could be had if the price is right...
FWIW, no one on the current 40 man roster is sporting #32, so maybe the Dunner will just settle for that?

where do you find all the funny pics of Mr. Milledge?
They're from my house. Every third Friday I host the Bridge game with the fellas.
Wil is such a light-weight when it comes to drinking, but it's always hilarious when he puts the lampshade on his head. Never gets old.
LMillz is getting traded. :(
Might it be too much to ask that the team leave the Chief's number 32 alone for a decent interval? Or would that be an unpleasant reminder of how they threw him under the bus?
We now know why Millz is a step late in the outfield sometimes... he's thinking about how he should have taken a compound squeeze the night before at the Bridge table. These youngsters are so easily distracted.
The 32 thing had me squirming a bit, but you had to put some number on The Big Donkey, and it wasn't going to be 87. While I admit they could've waited until Chad signed somewhere (maybe even here!) to give Dunn, this seems to be the Nationals writing the final chapter on the Cardiac Kid's Nats career...after they had turned the corner for the last time...while closing the book, and blowing up that bridge.
You're right about the kids, though. If LMillz could devote just half the time he spends studying Bridge to shagging fly-balls, he's be Willie Mays in no time.
